What a virtual office in Coimbra includes

• Registered office and tax address

  Avenida da Guarda Inglesa, 27, in Coimbra, can be your company's registered office (sede social) and tax domicile (domicílio fiscal). It is the address on your commercial registry certificate, at the Tax Authority and on your invoices.

• Mail handling

  We receive and log all your mail and email you a daily report. From the PIN Office plan, you hear about each letter the day it arrives. Scanning is included in PIN Pro and Premium.

• Official letters signed for

  We sign for registered letters and official notices, including those from the Tax Authority, Social Security and the courts, and tell you the same working day.

• A phone answered in your company's name

  From the PIN Plus plan, you get your own phone number, answered by our team in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French or Italian.

Plans and prices

From PIN Office to PIN Premium, each plan includes everything in the one above it. Prices exclude VAT at 23%. Paying quarterly saves 5%, half-yearly saves 10%, and paying yearly gives you 2 months free. See full plan details (in Portuguese).

How to sign up

1. Tell us which plan you need, by email, WhatsApp or phone, in English.
2. Send us your company's permanent certificate code (código da certidão permanente), plus an ID document, tax number and proof of address for the partners or managers who sign for the company.
3. Receive the contract and the invoice. Your service starts once we have the signed contract, the documents and the payment.

Not registered in Portugal yet? We issue a provisional address declaration for the company registration. Once the company exists, you send us the certificate code and we issue the contract in the company's name.

Meeting rooms when you're in town

Our offices are next to Coimbra's congress centre. The meeting room seats up to 8 people (7 when the 50-inch screen is in use) and has Wi-Fi; the training room seats up to 30 theatre-style, 20 classroom-style or 16 in a U-shape. Both are air-conditioned. Our reception welcomes your guests in five languages.

Plans from PIN Office include meeting-room hours every month. Outside those hours, the meeting room costs from €8.50 per hour and the training room from €17.50 per hour, with discounts for PIN clients. Rooms are available on weekdays from 9:00 to 19:00, with evenings and weekends on request; book at least 48 hours ahead and pay in advance. See rooms and prices (in Portuguese).

Good to know

• A one-off activation fee of €30 + VAT applies to every plan.
• The contract runs for 6 months, or for the period you paid if longer, and renews automatically. You can cancel with 30 days' notice by email.
• All payments are made in advance, by bank transfer, Multibanco reference or cash. Monthly payment requires a deposit of one month, returned at the end of the contract, plus tax and Social Security clearance certificates.
• We only open your mail with your authorisation: you choose scanning on request or automatic scanning. Letters marked personal or confidential are only opened if you ask.
• Meeting-room hours are booked 48 hours ahead, subject to availability, and do not carry over to the next month.
• Our address cannot be used to create a Google Business Profile: Google's guidelines do not accept virtual offices.
• Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (Lisbon time), except public holidays.
